Two of us have walked this and both say day five is the hardest day in Jamaica. Six days, ninety-one kilometres, more than five thousand metres of ascent, one night in a camp with beds and food carried in, and a finish on the Rio Grande. We take four walkers at most on this one and we will ask about your last two years of walking.
